GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
2 medium Certified Organic, Las Palmalitas, Hass avocados, juice of one small lemon salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks. Add the juice of one small lemon (careful to not include the seeds). Season with salt & pepper to taste.
